Per the request, the layout keeps one ad panel (B3) reserved as the play-clock slot. If the play clock is operational, B3 becomes a live play-clock readout; if not, it runs as a standard ad panel with no layout change.
The previous version's bottom GIP strip is dropped. The ratio of the board is unchanged — pillars and live video now use the full 1056-pixel height, and every ad panel grows accordingly.
